Overview

• We try to deliver your desired product on time, safely, and securely. If customers do not get their desired product, new frames will be replaced with old frames. Customized orders are not replaceable/refundable.
• During shipment, if any mishap takes place, we will not be responsible.
• Frames and Art Prints reserve the right to cancel any order.

PACKAGING

• We are a team of professionals and all your packages and orders are handled professionally.
• We make sure our customers get their desired parcels safe and sound and for this purpose, we use Bubble wraps, thermo-pore, and boxes while packing.

DELIVERY

• We deliver in all cities of Pakistan. P/O box, addresses are not entertained therefore you are requested to please provide the proper home/office address where the receiver is available.
• As we have to make sure our customers get the best quality, it takes 2 days at least, to prepare your order, and after dispatching, delivery takes 3-4 days. In general, we ask for 5 to 7 working days (MON-SAT) for the order to be delivered to your doorstep. IN CASE OF NATIONAL HOLIDAYS/EMERGENCY HOLIDAYS, DELIVERY TIME MAY EXTENDED
• We take standard delivery charges for all of Pakistan.
